Our family house is situated in a quiet location near the center of Premantura. Our house is located 100m from grocery shop, from the center of the village is about 300m and  the sea is about 400m from our house. In the vicinity is point Kamenjak, nature park, with over 20 km of coastline and beautiful beaches.

Each studio and apartment is equipped with air conditioning and SAT / TV, dishes and linens. Each studio and apartment has its own terrace with table and chairs.

The house has its own garden, parking is provided within the yard, and it is possible to use the grill.
